Once you have scheduled your appointment at Spire it is VITAL that you use this form to inform us of your date and time of attendance for results purposes – regardless of whether or not the hospital you are choosing to attend offer a walk in or appointments based service.

Failing to inform us of attendance date and time will mean that we are unaware your sample has entered the laboratory system. This may result in a delay in receiving your results, or it may require a reattendance if we have been unable to correct any processing errors on the day of your attendance.

The turnaround times are in working days, are a guide only and results may sometimes take longer than the stated times due to circumstances beyond our control such as mechanical breakdown of equipment, human error or transportation issues affecting courier routes, as not all tests will be analysed by the location that you have your blood taken at.
