During urine collection the following should be avoided: vigorous exercise, excessive nicotine and coffee intake, ingestion of chilli, curry leaves and supraphysiological doses of vitamin-C. Acidify a 20ml aliquot and give 24h vol. Store acidified aliquot refrigerated.
