This private blood assessment for Blood Group is offered at over thirty two private hospitals across England, Scotland and Wales.
Included in every test for Blood Group are a Doctors Referral, all Phlebotomy fees (your blood taken at a Private Hospital), all laboratory fees and includes our GP comments.
Inclusions: analysis for this analyte only
Special Instructions: Sample must be labelled clearly by HAND with 1st name, surname, DOB & either patient no. or postcode. The sample MUST be signed by the person taking the blood. Please ensure a red and white transfusion request form is also sent with the sample to the testing laboratory.
Attendance Restrictions: No Special Attendance Restrictions.

Fasting: If fasting is required, it will be explained on your Pathology Passport. 8 hours fasting is sufficient when it is required.
